Welcome to the step-by-step support wizard.

Account Settings

To get started, you'll need the details of your POP3 (Incoming Email) and SMTP (Outgoing Email) servers. Use the wizard below.

Once you have obtained your POP3 and SMTP servers continue below.

Step 1

Click the orange File button on the top left of your Microsoft Office Outlook 2010 screen.

Step 2

Click the Add Account button.

Step 3

Select the Manually configure server settings or additional server types checkbox and click Next >.

Step 4

Ensure that Internet E-mail is selected and click Next >.

Step 5

Enter your name, email address, POP3 server (from above), SMTP server (from above), username, and password. Click More Settings.

Step 6

Give the account name (for example, "SOS Email".) Enter your company's name, and your email address. Click OK. Click Next > to complete the wizard.

Step 6

Congratulations! You have setup your email account. Click Finish.
